Bollywood is still engaged in a battle for the story. Old concepts have become stale and dull. While everyone else can see clearly, the Hindi film industry’s producers and directors can’t.

In eight years, the world has undergone many changes. Even in Hindi films, the storytelling approach has declined. This is confirmed by an eight-year-old villain who makes a comeback. 

The original villain was considerably inferior to Riteish Deshmukh, Sidharth Malhotra, and Shraddha Kapoor’s Ek Villain (2014).

The narrative then jumps forward six months before coming back to the present. After a while, it skips forward three months once more before returning to the present. 

Sometimes the story’s confusion comes from the front, sometimes from the back. In actuality, the author has nothing he can express in this way.

Direction & Writing Review of Ek Villain Returns

The movie Ek Villain Returns has bad writing. where the director himself did not make any improvements. After the first act of the movie is over, you have no idea what happened. Why did it proceed? 

Time was simply wasted. The writer-director makes an attempt to justify the murders in the final 30 minutes of the second act.

That someone is killing ladies because they ‘dumped’ their boyfriends is extremely childish. Boyfriends are pleased that the murderer has accomplished what he himself desired but lacked the confidence to undertake. 

The song from the last movie, Teri Galliyan, is this movie’s greatest accomplishment. It repeatedly emphasizes that the writer, producer, director, songwriter, and musician failed to advance from the previous time. There have been eight years. Watching Ek Villain once more is preferable to these “returns.”
