Ayushmann Khurrana checks a female patient at the start of the trailer, which enrages her husband, who then slaps him for touching his wife. 

With the help of the trailer, we can deduce that Ayushmann is a medical student who has chosen to specialize in gynecology, despite having little interest in the field. 

The actor can be seen trying in vain to get a female student to transfer departments with him. Later in the trailer, Ayushmann’s troubles with his training are depicted.
