China eyeing at Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan

In the recent turn of events, it is observed that China is slowly expanding its dominance and trying to take over the Airport at Afghanistan, which recently was under the clutches of the Taliban.

Officials believe that they need to watch China’s activities closely since they are going to make a move for Bagram Air Force Base in Afghanistan. And indirectly would also be using Pakistan to get stronger to go against India. 

In a statement, it was also said that the US tech team needs to ensure that Americans are protected, and the country’s cybersecurity is strong. This is said so because Russians are suspected to hack US and they show no signs of willingness to fight back.

Nikki Haley, who is the former envoy to the United Nations mentions that China is showing keen interest in the unstable area of Afghanistan and all actions and movements should be strictly monitored.

Haley further added that right now the biggest thing they should do is strengthen allies, strengthen those relationships, modernize the military, and make sure they are prepared for the cyber-crimes and the terrorist crimes that are headed their way. 

In her speech, she also emphasized that it is of utmost importance to send a message that anti-terrorism efforts are on. With this moral victory that the jihadists have, one can see a heavy recruitment campaign around the world and also can see more lone wolf situations.
