Byju’s to venture into international markets by launching Byju’s Future School

Byju’s valued at more than $13 billion is venturing into the international market by launching Byju’s Future School, an online live one-on-one learning solution. 

Byju’s official statement said it will be launched in the UK, USA, Brazil, Australia, Mexico, and Indonesia beginning from May. It will be presented in more international business sectors.

Byju Raveendran, CEO and founder of Byju’s says “Our international expansion comes at a crucial time as families are effectively searching for supplemental learning that encourages children to learn and be creative.”

The new international venture would be called Byju’s Future School, and it will be led by Karan Bajaj, the founder of the famous coding platform WhiteHat Jr., which Byju’s purchased for $300 million in 2020. 

Byju’s Future School will be offering math and coding lessons during the launch. It plans to broaden the subject portfolio to incorporate music, English, science, and fine arts in the coming future. The new subject categories are in a developing stage.

WhiteHat Jr’s. is playing a significant part in Byju’s international venture. The coding platform will enable Byjus to offer its courses in both asynchronous and synchronous layouts. 

The Ed-Learning application began in 2015 and has been a gigantic achievement since then. It is utilized by over 15 million students all around the globe and has over Nine Hundred Thousand paid subscribers. The App gained more subscribers amid the coronavirus pandemic in 2020 when schools were shut due to lockdown. In 2021 the apps continues to provide great learning solutions to students studying online amid surge in virus cases.

“Byju’s Future School will be helpful in bridging from passive to active learning by providing an interactive learning platform that combines real-time instructions with exercises that produce innovative results for children between 6-18 years,” the official email stated.
