Bulldozer Razes Illegal Memorial Of Tipu Sultan In Maharashtra

The illegal Tipu Sultan Memorial was built by the MLA Faruk Shah Anwar of Dhule without taking legal permission and approval from the relevant authorities.

The administration has demolished an illegal memorial of Tipu Sultan in Dhule City, Maharashtra.

Local Hindu organizations have filed a complaint against Farooq Anwar Shah, the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) MLA, for allegedly constructing a Tipu Sultan memorial in the middle of the road at Dhule Chowk.

The Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha office-bearers have made the complaint on behalf of the organizations.

In response to this complaint, a bulldozer demolished the memorial that had been erected at the intersection of Vadjai Road and 100 feet of road.

The demand for the demolition of a memorial has been made by the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha in a letter addressed to the state’s Home Minister and Deputy Chief Minister, Devendra Fadnavis.

In addition, a letter has been addressed to the Superintendent of Police and the Commissioner of Municipal Corporation Dhule.

Officials have given directions to take action following a complaint. City authorities have tightened security measures in response to the recent demolition.

In a recent development, the Municipal Corporation has built a 100 feet road stretching from D Mart to Bypass Highway.

Notably, the road features Tipu Sultan’s memorial, which has been constructed in the middle of the same road. BJYM has written a letter demanding action against MLA Farooq Shah.

Recent reports indicate that a temple located in Dhule has been vandalized, causing unrest among the city’s residents.

Security has been increased following the demolition of a memorial to prevent any potential incidents.

In a recent development, the District Collector Jalaj Sharma has announced that the construction of the memorial situated at the crossroads in the city has been eliminated by the contractor himself on Friday morning.

It has been revealed that MLA Farooq Shah played a crucial role in resolving the dispute at hand, according to sources.

Superintendent of Police Sanjay Barkund has reported that the memorial of Tipu Sultan was removed by the contractor who built it.

As the permit to build Tipu Sultan’s memorial was not granted in accordance with the regulations, a protest broke out. The Superintendent of Police urges the public to avoid rumors and uphold peace.
