In a statement, PM Modi criticized “dynastic” political parties for encouraging “nepotism and corruption” in the hiring of candidates for public employment. He claimed that while these parties “looted” youth with their “rate cards” for various positions, his administration is working to “safeguard” their promising futures.
After distributing appointment letters to over 70,000 individuals, he addressed the recently hired government employees.
He claimed that while the hiring process used to take one to one and a half years, it is now transparent and finished in a few months.
We have observed how dynastic political parties encouraged corruption and nepotism in every system. These parties fostered bribery and nepotism in the hiring process for public positions. Without mentioning any particular party, he said, “These dynastic parties have betrayed crores of youth.
According to him, 2014 saw the advent of transparency and the end of nepotism in the hiring process.
PM Modi asserted that decisiveness had become the hallmark of the Indian government and that India is now a more stable, safer, and stronger nation than it was ten years ago.
The PM added that there are new employment opportunities in both the public and private sectors, as well as opportunities for self-employment through programs like the Mudra Yojana, Start-Up India, and Stand Up India.
“Our economy has never before enjoyed such confidence. The pandemic on the one hand caused a delay, and the war in Ukraine on the other hand had an impact on the supply chain. India is expanding its economy despite all of these obstacles, he claimed.
According to him, our government’s decisions have opened up thousands of opportunities in the private sector.
According to PM Modi, the ‘Rozgar Mela‘ has evolved into the BJP and NDA governments’ new brand identity.
“Azadi Ka Amrit Kaal” has started, and the recruits have before them the goal of making India a developed country in the next 25 years, so this is a very crucial time for those stepping into governmental roles, according to PM Modi.
According to him, previous administrations were known for their political corruption, fraud in their schemes, and misappropriation of public funds.
