BJP to Win 2024 Elections but with Less Than 370 Seats, Says Prashant Kishore

During an interview with NDTV’s Editor-in-Chief Sanjay Pugalia Election Poll Strategist Prashant Kishore talked and opened up about election 2024, and BJP.  He predicted the win of PM Modi in the election of 2024.

Prashant Kishor today said that BJP is the party that scored a winning score of 370 seats in the Lok Sabha elections instead of crossing the majority mark. But if not then it can impact on share market.

Mr Kishore said, “When the expectation from a company is very high and they do not meet that despite performing well, the stock market punishes them. From this point of view, if the BJP scores less than 370 seats, this may become a talking point. The markets too may reflect this.”

Shri Kishore said that setting the target of 370 changes the election discourse. Due to the excellent strategy of the BJP in the last few months, they have shifted their target from 272 to 370 due to the weakness of India’s opposition parties. Now no one is openly or aggressively saying that BJP or Modi will have to face defeat in the upcoming elections, all they are saying is that there cannot be 370 seats.

Mr Kishore said during the interview that the BJP will form the government again and will probably return to power with better seats.

In this interview, Mr. Kishore also talked about India Block. He said that India Block has not taken any development or any major step, they did not even announce the PM candidate after the announcement. “No matter how hard the opposition tries, the public perception is that it has no clear, credible face.”

There is no voice coming from Block India, no one is saying that we will win with confidence.

Let us remind you that Prashant Kishor is the name who worked with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP during the 2014 elections. Apart from BJP, he worked with BJP, JD(U)-RJD grand alliance, DMK, Trinamool Congress and YSR Congress. He launched Jan Suraj Abhiyan in 2022. After this, he parted ways and formed his political party in Bihar. He is now active as a politician.
