Big Statement by Britney Spears! The pop star vows to never perform again with her father in charge of her

American pop star Britney Spears has yet again made waves with her recent statement on Instagram when she announced that she will not be taking it to the stage if her father keeps interfering with her business.

Spears wrote a lengthy, emotional note on her Instagram on Saturday talking about how her father has been controlling her performances on stage for years and till James Parnell Spears controls what she wears on stage or keeps her conservatorship, she will not be doing any of the performances.

She also took a dig at those criticizing her dancing video. She said, “For those of you who choose to criticize my dancing videos … look I’m not gonna be performing on any stages anytime soon with my dad handling what I wear, say, do, or think!! I’ve done that for the past 13 years …”

The singer and songwriter also added that she does not care as she will continue to upload videos from her living room till her father decides on her activities and does not give up control. The singer has poured down her feelings through her Instagram post and as of now, she shares her videos from her living room in Vegas.

Earlier too, the singer has made it clear how conservatorship ended her career and ‘killed her dreams’. The Grammy winner expressed that she had absolutely no liberty in creating music and releasing new albums. It was clear that it was the literal breakdown of the star has suffered a lot during the conservatorship’s control over her.

The 39-year-old singer explained that it is extremely difficult for her to put on makeup, get on stage and continue to do repetitions of remixes(referring to her sister) of her songs and not release any of the new music that she has been working on in the past. She further emphasized that now she wants to quit as it is her so-called support system that has hurt her the most.

This conservatorship killed my dreams … so all I have is hope and hope is the only thing in this world that is very hard to kill,” she stated. She concluded her post by talking about the hope of having a free life and the will to get it back despite being told otherwise. The singer made it clear that for those who don’t like her dancing or don’t wish to see her end her conservatorship are welcomed to unfollow her from social media.
