Arjun Rampal’s cryptic post raises question on the ongoing drug probe in Bollywood

Arjun Rampal: An incident that might have shocked many, Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal took to social media to share his feelings about the Narcotics Control Bureau raiding his house and questioning him in the ongoing Bollywood drug probe. 

This came as he was reflecting over the last year and talked about how he wants 2021 to be. Usually stars prefer not to talk about such incidents to not get into any further controversies but Rampal opened up about NCB questioning him saying that he has never been on the wrong side of the law. 

On Twitter the actor wrote, “So, as we head into 2021 it is concern that makes me pen down my thoughts of a year that filled millions of lives with fear, anxiety, disruption, scandals, hypocrisy, lies, truths, realisation, enlightenment, bravery, strength, courage, charity, confusion, clarity and character. Most of these emotions I have felt myself, as I silently observed each and every one of them overwhelm me with an emotion that each of the adjectives bring.”

He further shared about the lessons he learned in the past year. He said that 2020 brought him clarity through various experiences that he went by. He also talked about how we tend to take family for granted and think that they will also be there till ‘relationships just become relations’.  

Rampal had expected 2020 to be a busy year for him as 280 days from his calendars were already booked. “With 280 days of my calendar already booked, I was certain the days would fly. But no, the universe had other plans. Halt, stop, reflect, listen, appreciate, understand and learn were the emotions felt,” he noted.

He expressed gratitude to his fans saying that even though the year has been dreadful, it provided him with the opportunity to interact with his fans and he also thanked them for being so dignified and solid through the news that surrounded him. 

He added that he is aware of the responsibility he owes as a celebrity, a father and as a citizen of a country he loves. He reassured saying that he has done nothing wrong and there is no negativity in your space.
