amit mishra completes the but of irfan pathans tweet uproar on twitter
All the cricket fans were engaged in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022, meanwhile a Twitter conflict came out between cricketers Irfan Pathan and Amit Mishra.
It all started when Pathan tweeted questioning on India’s ability to become the world’s greatest country.
Irfan Pathan, India’s former fast bowler, posted a tweet and said, “My country, my beautiful country, has the potential to be the greatest country on earth. BUT………”
While Pathan did not specify in what context he wrote the post, many Twitter users were undoubtedly responding to the ‘BUT’ in the comments.
Amit Mishra, the Indian Cricketer, neither replied to his tweet directly nor quoted Irfan’s tweet into his own post. But it was a very clear hint that he was targeting Pathan’s tweet.
Amit tweeted on his own profile in a similar format & added a message after the ‘BUT’. He wrote,
“My country, my beautiful country, has the potential to be the greatest country on earth…..only if some people realize that our constitution is the first book to be followed.”
Mishra’s response has undoubtedly sparked a lot of debate on the microblogging platform, with followers taking sides and voicing their opinions.
What were the hidden contexts behind the Tweets?
There may be different contexts hidden behind both of the tweets. The messages were not clear. But it seems that Irfan was accusing the Indian government & Hindu community.
In return, Amit Mishra accused the Muslim community as they give more importance to the Quoran instead of India’s Constitution.
While everyone knows that the constitution must have the most importance for any country.
