Who is Swati Maliwal? Check the Complete Case History

Rajya Sabha member Swati Maliwal is in the headlines of every Indian news outlet. If you know him then you should know that it is not because of the 2024 election making headlines but because of an assault case! A case of assault by AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal’s former PS Bibhav Kumar has become known. This is a very shameful moment in our Indian political history when we are fighting for an agenda like ‘women in politics’ and putting forward such insulting cases.

On Friday, the MP of APP Swati Maliwal went to Tis Hazari court. She recorded her statement in front of the magistrate about the alleged assault on her by CM Arvind Kejriwal’s aide Bibhav Kumar.

According to the news coming out, Swati left her residence today with a team of Delhi Police.

This matter came to light on Monday when Swati Maniwal reached the Civil Lines police station and alleged that Arvind Kejriwal’s staff assaulted her. The incident took place at the official residence of the Chief Minister in Delhi.

On Thursday, Delhi Police registered an FIR in this matter. After this Vibhav Kumar was accused of assault and criminal intimidation.

Based on the report of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, a case has been registered against AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal’s former PS Vibhav Kumar.

Many APP leaders reacted to this incident. APP leader Sanjay Singh confirmed this. She said it was a “disturbing incident” – she was waiting to meet the Chief Minister when Mr Kumar “misbehaved” with her.

Attack On Women In Politics -Is this a matter of Politics?

This is the time of the 2024 elections when all the political parties are holding rallies in the states of India. The parties are not shying away from reacting and attacking every little thing against the opposite parties.

Meanwhile, the Swati Maliwal issue has happened, BJP may take charge and start retaliating against Arvind Kejriwal during his election campaign.

BJP is promoting its secret aim of ‘make Kejriwal resign’ by using this fresh case.

Party head in Delhi Virendra Sachdeva, said, “Why were they silent for 36 hours? Where was the Chief Minister? A Rajya Sabha MP… a woman… was misbehaved with at Mr Kejriwal’s home and you are taking cognizance only now?”

Reactions were also noted from the INC,  Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said, “I always stand with women, irrespective of which party they belong to”, but then left further action to be taken to the discretion of the AAP.

But as per our opinion when we are working for the vision of a new India, an India where there will be equality. We are fighting for ‘women in the workplace’, then this kind of shameful treatment of a woman is not acceptable. All political parties should work on improving the working culture of Indian politics instead of using it as an election stunt.
